TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Sketch Phase Revisions:
Clients are entitled to request up to five rounds of revisions during the sketch phase without incurring additional charges. Subsequent revisions will be subject to a fee of +25% of the agreed-upon commission price. After the sketch is finalized, clients may not request any subsequent revisions.2. Artist's Discretion:
The artist reserves the right to decline service to any individual or entity at their sole discretion and without the need for justification.3. Project Timeline:
Completion times for commissioned works will be determined by the artist's schedule and life commitments. While it is possible that some projects may take up to one year to be finalized, the artist will endeavor to complete commissions in a timelier manner.4. Patience and Communication:
Clients are kindly requested to exercise patience throughout the commission process. The artist acknowledges that, in most instances, commissions will be completed before the one-year mark. Timely and open communication is encouraged, should clients have inquiries about the progress of their commission.5. Commercial Pricing:
The established price for commercial art commissions, intended for use in commercial projects or for-profit ventures, is $1000. This fee encompasses the creation of the commissioned artwork as outlined in the agreement.These terms of service are established to ensure a mutually respectful and professional collaboration between the artist and the client. By engaging the artist for a commission, clients are indicating their acceptance of these terms.
